Gaël Lozac’h est enfant de deux artistes plasticiens, Guy Lozac’h et Cécile Carpena, tous deux décédés. S’occupant désormais de faire vivre et perdurer leur oeuvre au travers d’expositions et de conférences, il ressent aujourd’hui un besoin plus profond de transversalité entre entre son domaine musical et un domaine pictural, auquel il a touché il y a fort longtemps.
Ayant baigné dans les arts plastiques dès sa naissance, Gaël Lozac’h se pose en légataire d’un héritage artistique qu’il se doit de faire perdurer, non pas seulement de l’extérieur, mais aussi en mêlant un travail plastique à son travail musical. Ce sera à travers les supports du film et de la photographie - déjà utilisés par lui il y a plusieurs années - qu’il s’exprimera, dans des projets encore en cours de gestation.
